About Christine Swan
Growing up in Stillwater fueled my love for houses. I loved walking the hills of town and having the opportunity to check out all of the beautiful old Victorian bed and breakfasts, the lovely home of Jessica Lange and Sam Shepard, and learning the history, architecture and interesting designs that included dumbwaiters and hidden Butler stairs, so cool!
I attended the University of MN Duluth, then transferred to and received my degree in Management and Marketing from the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth. I quickly found that sitting behind a desk wasn't for me. I discovered that interaction with people was an essential part of what I desired in my career. I bartended while pursuing my real estate license and knew that a career in Realty is what I wanted to do.
Ten years ago I became a licensed Realtor and I haven't looked back. Meeting families and individuals and helping them not only just find a house, but making it a home is my true passion. Clients have often become like family when working together. The process of buying and selling a home can be very emotional. My goal is to not only take the stress out of the process for my clients but also to keep them laughing and creating memories as we navigate the adventure of buying and or selling their first or next home.
Currently I live in Richfield, & I have been married for eight years. My husband and I have two boys, 2 and 4- so between playing in the dirt and coaching Tball I love to sell, sell, sell! In my free time I enjoy coaching my niece’s soccer team, my sons tball team & finding all the adventures to take the kids on. I love gardening (and making salsa from ingredients picked fresh from our garden) , biking, being outside, and spending all the time I can with my family. I have two long hair Chihuahuas, Abraham and Eisenhower, and recently I tried to even the playing field by adding a girl dog to the mix, but turns out she loves my husband and ole Suki the doodle found her person.
