Avenue Realty was founded by Jessica Eck and Sara Schulman in 2007 with one goal in mind – help clients turn houses into homes. Avenue Realty is a full service Minnesota real estate company that eliminates corporate confusion and red tape. 

Jessica and Sara are the brokers and owners of Avenue Realty. Both are graduates of the University of Minnesota, have over a decade of real estate experience and have successfully bought and sold millions of dollars of Twin Cities real estate while working for other corporate real estate firms.  Avenue Realty was formed in order to allow greater freedom and flexibility to facilitate client needs.
